This hotel proved to be a wonderful choice for my short visit to Udaipur. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and in a very nice area, just a short tuk tuk ride to the Old City. My room 504 was quiet and spacious, comfy bed, great large TV screen, lovely ensuite with lovely shower and plenty of hot water. I had a wonderful breakfast each morning on the 10th Floor Restaurant FIRKI which has spectacular views of the city. Food is plentiful and fresh, with great selection and good coffee. I had Dinner in FURKI on three evenings - vegetarian menu with plenty of options. Hotel has embraced technology in a big way - for example menu is obtained by scanning qr code on table - but staff happy to assist the non-techies like myself. Speaking of the staff - the entire team at FIRKI were exceptional - a great team of friendly and helpful staff, without exception, they are a credit to the hotel, always smiling and happy to chat to guests and assist in any way possible. There is also a rooftop Bar/Restaurant TARO which looks spectacular but I did not get a chance to try. Finally I have to thank the Receptionists Harshika and Akash, who were warm, friendly, smiling and helpful at all times - from the moment I arrived to departure. The only small issue I had during my stay was trying to use AC in room - the engineer did attend to assist me - system seems to be controlled centrally rather than from room - however, overall room temp was fine. Thank you to all the staff at Parallel Hotel for a lovely stay - your staff are a credit to you and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends.

The rooms were modern and clean: the A/C was perfect, the bed & sheets were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure and no issues with hot water. The room curtains blocked out light well and the noise isolation was pretty good, so very easy to get good sleep here. Listing Accuracy: Exceeded expectations The photos on the listing accurately depicted the rooms, although I think the room was bigger than it looks in the photos. Also, the listing said twin bed, but it was really a full/queen-sized bed (this might just be a translation issue). Hotel services: Met expectations Staff were professional and helpful. Room service was tasty and reasonably priced. Laundry service was quick and affordable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options to choose from (plus the view from the restaurant is very nice). Location: Met expectations The hotel location is accessible (perfect distance from downtown) and safe. The downtown area is close (like a 10-minute Uber ride away), but far enough that nights feel restful without noise and light pollution.

Room well appointed and clean. Gym was fitted with Technogym equipment, one of the best. The trainer, Daksh was knowledgeable, friendly and ever willing to give advise and guidance. The exceptional part was, when I informed him of a sprained shoulder in our casual discussion, he voluntarily took the initiative of applying physiotherapy, as he had the skill in this field. The hotel is fortunate to have team members showing such level of hospitality, now a days very difficult to come across. Food was also great : Well plated, good quantity and fine taste Very Attentive Staff : Front Office (Arrival & Departure) , Breakfast Session, Valet Parking.

The parallel hotel was a great way to spend our last day in udaipur after 2 nights in the old city. The Parallel hotel was lovely, incredibly clean, new facilities, hot water!, very nice staff, we had room 709 with a nice view of the tip of the lake in the distance and green trees. The spa experience was excellent. The surprise and icing on the cake was going to the gym this morning and meeting Dakshraj Singh an incredibly talented physiotherapist who is on staff in the gym. He worked on my knee injury and quickly diagnosed the source of the pain coming from the hip and worked on my sciatica. DAKSHRAJ is a true talent.

That it was new building, so in good condition, our bed was facing the huge window with nice view, with electric curtains. Very nice. Location was good. Food was great. I could have stayed here longer than 2 might. We paid $80Aud for massage, they gave discount on tax otherwise it would have been $100 for massage but we got to use the huge spa and good hot shower. The massage was worth it. Nice herbal tea after, felt very spoilt. I would give them a 10/10. Overall awesome stay.
